Our two bedroom apartments sleeps 6 people comfortably. One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has one king bed and one queen bed in corner nook. Very spacious.

This 100%, renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms offers a modern, cool retreat in the desert. Perfect for those wishing to visit the beautiful desert locale but still remain close to local conveniences, such as grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Great for families or groups of 6 or less! Hotel level amenities. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features 100% cotton hotel quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep! A beautiful view of the San Jacinto mountains can seen from the front of the unit. Master bedroom features one CA king sized bed and ensuite(attached) bathroom with soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a CA king-sized bed and includes an extended nook that contains a queen-sized bed. Second bedroom also includes attached, private bathroom. Each bedroom features a 50” flatscreen TV for streaming using your accounts. --Amenties-- -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with stainless steel full size appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and coffee. -Bathroom includes a soaking tub. *Two vehicle per unit. Street Parking could be limited. *This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months. * No Cable TV Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties or gatherings. 3. No visitors or overnight guests. 4. Do not leave dogs unattended 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all, no amplified music. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs of your stay as smell will linger. 8. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $30 fee will be collected. 9. Located in Desert Hot Springs, the apartment is set on slightly raised land boasting panoramic vistas of the San Jacinto Mountains. Grocery stores, restaurants, and stores are a short drive away. The entrance to Joshua Tree is 45 minutes away by car. Although not as fancy as its neighboring Palm Springs, it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral spring water.

Only spent one night here but would book again if I ever find myself in the Palm Springs area. Chez’s place was just as described. Easy to find, easy check in, parking space was visible from bedroom window. The space felt very roomy and clean. The area it’s self was calm and quite was able to get good rest. Chez was also very kind and communication was great!

Perfect for a 4-night stay for 3 adults -- it was a real bonus to have the extra alcove with the extra bed. We were really comfortable and had LOTS of room, the rooms were large and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and when we reported that the toaster wouldn't work the first evening, we had a new one brought in by the next morning. This place is really clean and fresh, and since the rooms don't face the road, it feels really private and safe, too, with a lovely private covered outdoor patio and great view. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do, and we felt the price was right. The host was very responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again.
