Our two bedroom apartments sleeps 4 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 5 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed.

We provide hotel level amenities. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features 100% cotton hotel quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep! This is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment, 2nd floor unit. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds. First bedroom has access to a private balcony patio. 50” Flat-screen TV in the living room, ready for streaming. --Amenities-- -Workspace with desk, lamp, and USB power. -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with l full size appliances. Other Details to Note

One vehicle per unit. Street Parking is very limited. We have many dogs in the neighborhood so their is potential for barking noise. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

1. Other guests will be occupying other units of the property. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all other guests staying in the other units on the property. 2. Please no smoking if any kind inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors. 3. Please no pets. 4. No visitors. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners, and extra fees may apply. Thank you! 5. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment. 6. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest. 7. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $30 fee will be collected. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. Up

Desert Hot Springs is a small no frills town. It is not fancy nor does it have a nice downtown area like is neighboring Palm Springs but it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral springs. The property sits on a residential street, gated wooden fence to enter courtyard adding to the private feel.

Had a great time staying here with my family during a trip to California - the Airbnb was very conveniently located, super private and quiet, and had everything we needed for a few nights of peaceful rest after adventuring in the desert during the day. Chez was great, extremely responsive and gave very clear instructions and details on everything we needed to know. When we come back to Southern California next, I know where we’ll be staying!
