This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Brand New construction, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath home, beautifully decorated and centrally located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. Our 4-bedroom home sleeps 8 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 10 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed. $100 p/night to heat spa

4 bedroom, 3 bath house. We have a pool! Pool is not heated but the spa is $100 per night to heat. Please note this is a residential pool so we do not have a jet timer. To request a heater to be turned on you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

House Rules

1. We will adhere to the cities no party/ gathering policy. No unauthorized visitors allowed on property. 2. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Early check ins or late checks out must be requested on the day off, and are based on availability and subject to an extra fee $50. 3. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside any of our units, that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 4. Up to two well-behaved dog allowed with a $50 non-refundable per pet fee. Please clean up after your pet and do not leave unattended, too many dangers in the desert for pets. As a pet owner you assume all responsibility for your pet. If your pet damages something or pees inside you will be charged. 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all, no amplified music allowed. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Our unit are stocked with basic amenities as stated on the listing. However, they will not be replenished or replaced during your stay. 8. Cancellation policy will be upheld.

Karen’s place in Desert Hot Springs is a gem! The location is perfect—close to Palm Springs but quiet and serene with stunning desert views. The house is beautiful and modern, but the pool steals the show: gorgeous, clean, and perfect for relaxing day or night. Karen was a fantastic host, super responsive, and shared great local tips. Highly recommend this spot for a chill getaway—5 stars! Would love to come back some day.

Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed at ! The fact that they allow doggy’s is the cherry on the top! The house was beautiful and Karen made sure that any questions or concerns were answered all throughout our trip! Definitely a 10/10 🌟!
