1. We will adhere to the cities no party/ gathering policy. No unauthorized visitors allowed on property. 2. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Early check ins or late checks out must be requested on the day off, and are based on availability and subject to an extra fee. 3. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside any of our units, that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 4. Up to two well-behaved dog allowed with a $50 non-refundable per pet fee. Please clean up after your pet and do not leave unattended, too many dangers in the desert for pets. As a pet owner you assume all responsibility for your pet. If your pet damages something or pees inside you will be charged. 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all, no amplified music allowed. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Our unit are stocked with basic amenities as stated on the listing. However, they will not be replenished or replaced during your stay. 8. Cancellation policy will be upheld.
