Great for a romantic getaway for couples or solo adventurers! We provide hotel level amenities. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep! This is a 1-bedroom apartment with 1 full bathroom. --Amenities-- -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with stainless-steel full-size appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and coffee. -Bathroom includes fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, and makeup remover wipe. -Ironing board + Iron -Hotel quality linens -Free Parking for one vehicle in the driveway. --Pet Policy-- We allow TWO dogs per unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone. Do not allow your dog to disrupt the peace and serenity of the community. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." House Rules

1. Do not book our homes if you are planning a party. We have a strict no party or gathering policy that we enforce. Other guests will be occupying other units of the property. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all other guests staying in the other units on the property. 2. Please no smoking if any kind including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, or other, inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors. 3. Up to (2) dogs allowed with pet fees. Must be on leash at all times while outside the unit. Pet owner is responsible for their pets and cleaning up after them. 4. No visitors. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners, and extra fees may apply. Thank you! 5. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment. 6. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest. 7. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $35 fee will be collected. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. 9. Per Riverside County guidelines booker must be 21+ to reserve a short-term rental. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.

Desert Hot Springs is a small no frills town. It is not fancy like it's neighboring Palm Springs, but it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral spring water. The property sits on a busy intersection so their is some road noise.
