Chic & Modern Airstream + Soaking Tub

* A short 1/2 mile stretch on a dirt road to access the property. *Large iron gate must be opened manually to enter the property and park inside. * We have tried to make this Airstream as comfortable as we can, but this is an RV. Power is limited so we ask that only one appliance is used at a time. Do not use the microwave and the hairdryer at the same time because the circuit will trip and you loose power in the entire unit. Same goes with water heater. We have hot water but do not take super long showers. * Heating & Cooling: RV all aluminum body is not insulated. Even with AC unit on and a portable fan it can still feel warm inside when the sun is at its highest. Same goes for winter, we have heat now with mini split system but it can get cold at nights due to the rv windows. * Because of remote location, at night you can hear coyotes and dogs barking. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at night. *This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. We don’t have too many critter invaders but you could if the doors are kept open. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months. You may occasionally spot or hear some wildlife, bugs, rabbits, desert rats, scorpions, snakes, coyotes. *We recommend you bring bottled water. The property has a private well safe to use and consume. However, well water may look, taste, and smell differently than water from a city home. *Soaking Tubs run on tap water and do not have heaters to keep water warm. They are intended to help cool off during summer months Only (June-Sept).
