Gated entrance, comfortable w/ large open living room & fully equipped kitchen. Our two bedroom apartments sleeps 5 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 6 registered guests. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed.

We provide hotel level amenities. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features 100% cotton hotel quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep! This is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. One roll away twin bed will be found in closet. --Amenities-- -Workspace with desk, lamp, and USB power. -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with l full size appliances. One vehicle per unit This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.

1. Other guests will be occupying other units of the property. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all other guests staying in the other units on the property. 2. Please no smoking if any kind inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors. 3. Please no pets. 4. No visitors or overnight guests. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners, and extra fees will apply. 5. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment. 6. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest. 7. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.

Desert Hot Springs is a small no frills town. It is not fancy nor does it have a nice downtown area like is neighboring Palm Springs but it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral springs. The property sits on a residential street, gated entrance adding to the private feel.
