Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this cozy place. Our house sits in a rural area of Desert Hot Springs with easy access the main road to get to Palm Springs or Palm Desert. Two-bedroom, one bath with full kitchen that. Gated w/ a rustic fire pit, hammocks to enjoy stargaze. 2bedroom house sleeps 4 people comfortably, due to high demand on weekends we are allowing up to 5 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.

Good to know

Small 800 sqft home two bedrooms, 1 bath. It is on corner of Dillon Road so some street noise can be heard. But this also provides easy access when visiting other desert cities.

Near Busy Main Road No Cable TV Bring your own firewood Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

House Rules

ALL guests must be registered. We do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind. No amplified music outside. Very strict city ordinance. No smoking of any kind inside or near doors and windows. Dogs allowed with extra fee, but you must clean up after them and any damages or excessive cleaning you will be responsible for. Early check ins or late check outs, based on availability, a $50 fee will be collected.

Very comfy space, loved the bed, well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out. Attractively decorated, desert images carried indoors, and some pretty views. Would definitely stay here again!

KC was very nice and easy to communicate with. Her home was lovely and the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Came out for a concert, and it was the perfect place to stay at for a quick get away!! Thank you so much

Wow, KC's place was amazing and up to par. The location is perfect, secluded but close to the main road that you don't feel too lonely lol. We had an issue with the blender not working as we were getting ready to make chilaquiles for breakfast and I reached out and they brought a new blender for us to use within 15 minutes. Great customer service and dog friendly! My chihuahua Bobby who's 9 years old, loved the fenced backyard ! He loved his uninterrupted sunbaths 🥰 There is also off roading marked trails around the property that make an enjoyable quick walk! I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity ever arises again! Thank you KC and team for the amazing customer service and for providing such a cozy place !

Great place to stay and unwind! Easy to find and is situated in a secluded area. The location is perfect as it's central to the main attractions in the greater Palm Springs area. We stayed here to attend a show at the Acrisure Arena, which is only 20 minutes away. The host was super attentive, and the check-in and checkout process was easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend. Our chihuahua loved it too!
