Our two-bedroom apartments sleep 4 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 5 registered guests with additional fee. We do have one twin rollaway available. Larger groups are encouraged to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows. It’s about 20 min to downtown Palm Springs, 50 min to Joshua Tree National Park, 35 Minutes to Coachella Music Festival, 28 minutes to Indian wells Tennis Gardens, and 25 to Acrisure Arena. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer, we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, especially in the warmer months.
Other Details to Note
One vehicle per unit. Street Parking is very limited. We have many dogs in the neighborhood so there is potential for barking noise. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors. Early or Late arrivals/departures may be available at additional cost. Cancellation policy will be upheld.

Desert Hot Springs is a small no frills town. It is not fancy nor does it have a nice downtown area like is neighboring Palm Springs but it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral springs. The property sits on a residential street, gated entrance adding to the private feel.
