Country Home w/ Pool & Patio - Dog Friendly

Simple no frills older home that is gated, spacious, and clean. Master Bedroom comes with a King Bed and there is a small day bed perfect for one child. The Second Bedroom has one queen bed. In the living room there is a futon sofa that sleeps one and a twin size day bed that can sleep another person. If needed, a fold up mattress can also be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a brand new dishwasher. We have a laundry room inside with washer & dryer. Swimming Pool is now open, not heated but nice and refreshing during warmer days. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to TWO dogs in unit with fee. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone.
