About

County of Riverside STR Permit RVC-1637 Nestled in the middle of a residential neighborhood of Desert Hot Springs w/ spacious open floor plan & fully fenced w/covered carport. To help beat the heat in the summers we have an Intex above ground pool our guests can use. Our two bedroom home sleeps 6 people comfortably. Due to high demand on special event weekends we do allow up to 8 guests with extra fee. We strongly recommend that you bring your airmattress. pillows, and blankets.

Good to know

Our house has gone over a full renovation. Master bedroom has one king bed and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has one queen bed with private bathroom and shower/tub. Each bedroom has their own television. In the Main part of the house, we have a dining table sits 6, work area, a sitting area with a futon sofa that can sleep one, we have a lounger/daybed with twin mattress that sleeps one, and we have a rollaway bed in the closet that sleeps one. Full kitchen with all brand new stainless-steel appliances. There is also washer/dryer inside the unit. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs in unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone.

Other Details to Note

No cable tv. We have one tv in each bedroom that you can use to stream content using your own accounts. To help beat the heat in the summers we have an Intex above ground pool our guests can use. Available weather permitting. NOTE: This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and we have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Registered guests only. No visitors, gatherings, or parties allowed. 3. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. 4. Up to 3 dogs allowed in unit with fee. Must be registered 5. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $50 fee will be collected.

House is located within 15 minutes walk to the Lautner compound Merely 11 mins to Highway 10 and 17 mins drive to Palm Springs. 18 mins drive to Costco in Palm Desert. 2 drive mins to The Sands Golf Course.

My family and I had a wonderful time here for Labor Day weekend! It's very peaceful and quiet. The home is spacious and has fantastic AC for the summer heat. The pool is a great amenity and is well maintained. We really enjoyed KC's hospitality and they were very responsive to our questions. Overall, I would absolutely return here with a holiday getaway!
