2 Bedrm, 2 bath home. With yellow happy tones, retro touches, original wood paneling. Be captivated by the beautiful desert landscaping and surrounding mountain ranges in 5 acres of land. This area of Desert Hot Springs also known as Sky Valley, is 13 miles to town. House sleeps 4 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 5 registered guests assuming one will sleep on sofa. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.

Dirt road to get to the house. This home is located in a rural area, No street lights so it can be very dark. Be mindful of your surroundings, cayotes can be heard in the area.

No nearby grocery stores. Town is 13 miles away so plan accordingly. We are surrounded by desert land. Although we have routine pest control it is not uncommon to have critters and wild life make it’s way to the home or property. From Spiders, vinegaroons to snakes (warmer weather) and coyotes. A small four person hot tub was installed. DO NOT leave children unsupervised outside at any time. Do not unplug the jacuzzi. The only thing you should turn off are the jets. We do have pool cleaner come to service our jacuzzi 2-3 times per week every Monday or Tuesday and Thursdays . Do not add soap please. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. We are working on implementation. This device will read the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Please become familiar with the area. Desert Hot Springs is NOT Palm Springs. Read full neighborhood description prior to booking. 1. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside our home. 2. Registered guests only. No visitors, gatherings, or parties allowed. 3. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. 4. Up to 2 dogs allowed in unit with fee. Must be registered, on leash while outside for their safety. 5. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $50 fee will be collected.

This area of Desert Hot Springs also known as Sky Valley, is 13 miles to town, & for those who love hiking, it is only 8 miles to Coachella Valley Preserve. It is a rural area only one small gas station and diner located a few miles down. Lots of ranches and plant nurseries in the area. Its dark as there are no street lights. Dirt road to enter property.

Beautiful home-just as pictured. Very clean. Nestled on a quiet street with beautiful mountain views. Close to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree National Park. We would definitely stay there again

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Went there while my band was on tour and it was a great quiet place to come back to and watch the stars and relax in the hot tub. It’s not really walkable to anything but that’s what makes it great. Kc was communicative and responsive.

KC was extremely helpful in coordination and answering questions prior to booking, very responsive and in-contact throughout the weekend, and the place was exactly as described. The hot tub was ready as soon as we arrived, it was clean, and there is plenty of privacy from the neighbors to have heartfelt conversations and not feel watched. I have high social anxiety and get overwhelmed and overstimulated very easily, and the space, calmness, and beauty that surrounds you on all sides lends wonderfully to a peaceful and relaxing place. My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our time, and will definitely be returning as this has become a favorite spot now!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, which made cooking easy, and the outdoor grill was perfect for relaxed meals at home. The hot tub was a huge highlight and made it easy to unwind after a long day. Overall, the space felt welcoming and well cared for, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

KC is very helpful and responsive and the aribnb was perfect for stargazing as it's about a 30min drive from the city. the space was cozy and had many ammenities. i would definitely stay here again!
