2 Bedrm, 2 bath home. With yellow happy tones, retro touches, original wood paneling. Be captivated by the beautiful desert landscaping and surrounding mountain ranges in 5 acres of land. This area of Desert Hot Springs also known as Sky Valley, is 13 miles to town. House sleeps 4 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 6 registered guests assuming one will sleep on sofa. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows.

No nearby grocery stores. Town is 13 miles away so plan accordingly. We are surrounded by desert land. Although we have routine pest control it is not uncommon to have critters and wild life make it’s way to the home or property. From Spiders, vinegaroons to snakes (warmer weather) and coyotes. A small four person hot tub was installed. DO NOT leave children unsupervised outside at any time. Do not unplug the jacuzzi. The only thing you should turn off are the jets. We do have pool cleaner come to service our jacuzzi 2-3 times per week every Monday or Tuesday and Thursdays . Do not add soap please. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. We are working on implementation. This device will read the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

Please become familiar with the area. Desert Hot Springs is NOT Palm Springs. Read full neighborhood description prior to booking. 1. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside our home. 2. Registered guests only. No visitors, gatherings, or parties allowed. 3. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. 4. Up to 2 dogs allowed in unit with fee. Must be registered, on leash while outside for their safety. 5. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $50 fee will be collected.

This area of Desert Hot Springs also known as Sky Valley, is 13 miles to town, & for those who love hiking, it is only 8 miles to Coachella Valley Preserve. It is a rural area only one small gas station and diner located a few miles down. Lots of ranches and plant nurseries in the area. Its dark as there are no street lights. Dirt road to enter property.

Kc's place was the perfect spot for my friends and I while visiting for a wedding. The location provides beautiful night sky views and we slept great. The space was designed and decorated so stylishly. The kitchen and bathrooms were pristine! Kc was proactive and easy to contact. I definitely recommend staying if you're looking!

There are few places to get some peace and quiet, and the desert never disappoints. This cute, comfortable house was a perfect home base for adventures to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs, with the added bonus of watching shooting stars from the hot tub. Very liveable, and the host is kind and communicative.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is nicely secluded, which made it peaceful and private. With little light pollution, we were able to relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing stargazing — a real highlight of the trip. Everything met our expectations, and it turned into a truly memorable experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

We had such a great time here! The house was very clean and had fun retro vibes with cheerful yellow accents that made it feel so welcoming. The beds were super comfortable, and I loved how the layout made it easy for everyone to stay connected. One person could cook while others were hanging out at the table or watching TV. The hot tub under the stars was definitely a highlight, and the location was perfect for what we wanted: quiet, secluded, and relaxing, yet still only about 30 minutes from Palm Springs if we felt like going out. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. The host was very responsive, friendly, and provided clear, helpful instructions that made everything easy. We felt safe and comfortable the entire stay, and it was also very affordable for the experience. This is the perfect place for a girls’ weekend or getaway, and I’d highly recommend it!
