Fully landscaped backyard with swimming pool, bbq, and ping pong table perfect to enjoy those warm desert nights. Our home features a brand-new kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and gorgeous glass tile back splash. The same theme follows to all three bathrooms as they share the same green glass tile design. Original brick walls and cement floors were kept bringing out the true essence of the home. One bedroom has a King-sized bed and a full bathroom with shower. The middle unit can be used as a lounge or if needed can sleep two person in double twin beds. The 3rd bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. There is an additional half restroom in the hallway. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs in unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone
