City of Desert Hot Springs Vacation Rental Permit Number VR20-0031 Located between Palm Springs and Joshua Tree, our studio offers convenient location and cozy and fun space. There is a modern full kitchen, spacious bathroom, sitting area with amazing panoramic windows, and a quaint bedroom nook with a full size bed. ONE bed studio is set up for 2 guests but due to high demand we allow up to 3 guets with fee. We do have a futon but for more comfort you can bring airmattress & extra bedding.

This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties or gatherings. 3. No visitors or overnight guests. 4. One dog allowed with fee. 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all, no amplified music. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs of your stay as smell will linger. 8. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $30 fee will be collected. 9. Neighborhood

Located in the small town Desert Hot Springs, the apartment is set on slightly raised land boasting panoramic vistas of the San Jacinto Mountains. Grocery stores, restaurants, and stores are a short drive away. The entrance to Joshua Tree is 45 minutes away by car. Although not as fancy as its neighboring Palm Springs, it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral spring water.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was perfectly stocked, well decorated and was a lovely place to unwind during my work trip. Lots of space and soooo peaceful and quiet. Great communication with the host as well. Would love to book again. Thanks!

The spot was really nice. It's in a quiet neighborhood nearby many stores! The room itself was simple with everything you need for a few day stay. Easily accessible as well with great parking. Also clean and organized. However, I do want to note the bathroom door does tend to slide open on it's own. It's a cool looking door but does not stay closed. The host was proactive always messaging if everything was good or if we need anything at all! Very sweet, great communication. I'd highly recommend.

Chez was an incredible host. AC was leaking at a point and they fixed it right away for us while we were not at the place. The place was perfect to relax in after a long day of doing things. Comfortable bed and all the kitchen amenities you need if you’re saving money. About a 25 min drive from downtown Palm Springs and a 50 min drive to Joshua Tree National Park. Nice and quiet area to stay in. I will definitely come back next time I travel out here.
