Our two bedroom apartments sleeps 6 people comfortably. One bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has one king bed and one queen bed in corner nook. Very spacious.

This 100%, renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms offers a modern, cool retreat in the desert. Perfect for those wishing to visit the beautiful desert locale but still remain close to local conveniences, such as grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. Great for families or groups of 6 or less! Hotel level amenities. Our space is professionally cleaned by hotel-trained housekeepers and features 100% cotton hotel quality linens, freshly laundered for a good night’s sleep! A beautiful view of the San Jacinto mountains can seen from the front of the unit. Master bedroom features one CA king sized bed and ensuite(attached) bathroom with soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a CA king-sized bed and includes an extended nook that contains a queen-sized bed. Second bedroom also includes attached, private bathroom. Each bedroom features a 50” flatscreen TV for streaming using your accounts. --Amenties-- -A fully furnished kitchen is at your disposal with stainless steel full size appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper and coffee. -Bathroom includes a soaking tub. *Two vehicle per unit. Street Parking could be limited. *This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months. * No Cable TV Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors.

House Rules

1. Do not book our homes if you are planning a party. We have a strict no party or gathering policy that we enforce. Other guests will be occupying other units of the property. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all other guests staying in the other units on the property. 2. Please no smoking if any kind including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, or other, inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors. 3. Up to (2) dogs allowed with pet fees. Must be on leash at all times while outside the unit. Pet owner is responsible for their pets and cleaning up after them. 4. No visitors. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners, and extra fees may apply. Thank you! 5. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment. 6. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest. 7. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $35 fee will be collected. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. 9. Located in Desert Hot Springs, the apartment is set on slightly raised land boasting panoramic vistas of the San Jacinto Mountains. Grocery stores, restaurants, and stores are a short drive away. The entrance to Joshua Tree is 45 minutes away by car. Although not as fancy as its neighboring Palm Springs, it is visited by hundreds of tourist daily for its renowned abundance of natural mineral spring water.
