Our apartment sits on a private cul-de-sac offering views of San Jacinto Mountains. The private back yard allows you to enjoy the clear skies and desert weather. Our place is well-appointed with amenities such as a Smart TV in living room, WIFI, and fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to make a home-cooked meal! Nest thermostat keeps you cool all day. The property sits on a cul-de-sac with no immediate neighbors on the road. Offers privacy yet still close enough to town. Plenty of street parking available along the curb. --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs per unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Vacuum is provided in unit. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone. Do not allow your dog to disrupt the peace and serenity of the community. Other Details to Note

The unit is secured with Ring Home Security System. We only activate the alarm when the unit is vacant. You will see sensors on all windows and doors. We do have a Ring Doorbell camera and two security cameras outside in the front yard that are motion activated and only record if something triggers the motion sensor. Street Parking Only. Please do not keep valuables in your car. Management is NOT responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or its contents. Per City ordinance we must keep volume levels low and have a noise monitoring device in the home. This device reads the noise level in decibel format. To be clear the noise monitoring does NOT record any conversations. Due to strict city ordinance, we strictly enforce the NO parties or gathering policy. The ordinance also states that: "No outdoor music, radios, musical instruments or other devices that produce or reproduce sound shall be allowed to be used outdoors at any time." Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders, but as it gets warmer, we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, especially in the warmer months. Our two bedroom apartments sleeps 4 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 5 registered guests with additional fee. We encourage you to bring air mattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed.

House Rules

1. Do not book our homes if you are planning a party. We have a strict no party or gathering policy that we enforce. Other guests will be occupying other units of the property. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all other guests staying in the other units on the property. 2. Please no smoking if any kind including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, or other, inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors. 3. Up to (2) dogs allowed with pet fees. Must be on leash at all times while outside the unit. Pet owner is responsible for their pets and cleaning up after them. 4. No visitors. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners, and extra fees may apply. Thank you! 5. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment. 6. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest. 7. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $35 fee will be collected. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property. 9.
