1. No Smoking of any kind allowed in any of our apartments that includes but not limited to: Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vaping, E-cigarettes, Hookahs. 2. No parties. 3. No visitors or overnight guests. 5. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all. 6. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 7. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs in the unit as smell will linger. 8. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted. 9. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.

Full and Private access to the Apartment and its small private patio in the back. The apartment complex is fully gated. Front yard has shared community area consisting on large oak picnic table and seating area, that all can enjoy,
