Just 20min from Palm Springs and 50min to Joshua Tree. Remodeled kitchen, bathrooms. Outdoor fire pit and bbq for family entertainment. Fully gated large space for parking multiple vehicles. Above ground pool is 18ftx4ft deep and it’s available for summer season only. Pool is taken down in November-February. Occupancy: This is a 2 bedroom house with two beds & one futon sofa.

Good to know

This is a 2-bedroom home. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: -Two King size beds -One Futon Sofa --Pet Policy-- We allow up to 2 dogs in unit. Upon departure, clean up dog hair to the best of your ability. The cost of additional cleaning or laundering services due to excessive dog hair will be billed to the guest. Promptly bag and dispose of all dog waste from the yard during your stay and at time of departure. We request all dogs be up to date on vaccinations as required by state law. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Bring your dog’s favorite blanket or bed. Bring a pet crate and use whenever you must leave your dog unattended for a period of time. Never leave your dog unattended if it barks or chews when left alone.

Please become familiar with the area. Desert Hot Springs is NOT Palm Springs. Read full neighborhood description prior to booking. 1. No Smoking of any kind allowed inside our apartment. 2. Doors and windows must be locked at all times when you leave the unit. 3. Although we allow children, our home is not child-proofed and we do not provide cribs. 4. Registered guest only. No visitors, parties, gatherings allowed. 5. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or using the property for photoshoots. 6. Do not leave dogs unattended. 7. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted.

Neighborhood

Our location: Desert Hot Springs is a small no-frills kind of town, but in recent years it has been undergoing lots of improvements and beautification projects. Not to mention it is world renowned for its wonderful spas and mineral water. The neighborhood has a mixed crowd.

This place was fantastic! I felt safe as two females staying alone here. Clean clean clean! So many different spaces and places to fit everyone’s needs. I loved the uniqueness & detail in each space. The pool was perfect and the outdoor area with the fire pit felt like a perfect way to have extra privacy and be more tucked away from street view. The sky light in the center of the house was perfect for helping it feel open & light when we spent more time inside with air conditioning. I can be sensitive to sound so I really appreciated that I could choose between having a fan on vs an air conditioner. When I had problems with the shower head they responded immediately and put an even better one in for me. I give them five starts for accuracy, kindness, attention to detail, responsiveness & cleanliness. Only thing I would mention is that in the further back room, the bed was not as comfortable as the front room. With how attentive they are I would bet they would totally attend to this
