This unique stylish designer house is perfect for group trips. House is located in the historic B Bar H Ranch area in the town of Desert Hot Springs, is 8mins away to closest store or restaurant. Downtown Palm Springs is 18mins away. Our four bedroom home sleeps 8 people comfortably, but due to high demand on festival weekends we are allowing up to 10 registered guests. We encourage you to bring airmattress and extra blankets and pillows as needed.

Please note that although the home has a fireplace, we have NOT listed it as an amenity as it is not functional. Also note there is backyard and outdoor lounge space. It surrounded by empty desert lots, loose sand, so please keep doors & windows closed as dust makes its way inside the home specially on windy days. There is one television in each bedroom with apps already installed for streaming. No Cable

No visitors or overnight guests. 4. We expect noise level to be controlled to an acceptable level suitable to all. 5. Please try to keep doors closed and food away. It is the desert and critters find their way in the homes. 6. Please refrain from cooking high fragrance foods on the last 24hrs in the unit as smell will linger. 7. No early check ins or late check outs will be granted. 8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.

The house was Amazing . We Loved the fact that rooms are separated far enough .especially that we had different Family staying Out Daughter got married and was very spacious for everyone to get ready . BBQ area outside with Big Family Picnic table was a big hit for dinner . Thank you Karen for being a great Host
