One vehicle per unit. Limited street parking. We have many dogs in the neighborhood so there is potential for barking noise at night. During your booking you will have private access to the unit. One of the bedrooms remains locked for owners' storage. But you will have private use of the unit during your booking as a one-bedroom apartment. This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer, we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, are part of the habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, especially in the warmer months.
